It is used for fish cleaning.
Also you can cut meat and chicken including thin bones without losing edge.
Deba's blade is made of carbon steel normally. easy to rust.
But this blade is made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel. It has oxidation resistance.
So if you do not want to do maintenance after each use, this knife is recommended.
It is easy to resharpen.
Only one side must sharpen (sharpen the left photo).
- Keep clean and dry after use.
- Not recommend to clean in dishwasher.
